Polka Wars are an alternative pop band from Jakarta, Indonesia. Taking cues from UK New Wave and American post-rock adn shoegaze. They are sharing two new songs as a free download. Horse Hooves is a slow song with a persistent rhythm. Coraline is more upbeat with a lo-fi Johnny Marr-inspired guitar riding on top. Hipsters will dig it, daring each other to name the country this band is from.
