The City and Horses: We Will Never Be Discovered

Jethro Tull meets indie pop and then some. The City and Horses' new album We Will Never Be Discovered is one of those rare records that you will either love or hate instantly. They can be quirky like They Might Be Giants (War Paint, With His Pen) or melancholic like The Beautiful South (This Is Manhattan). Listeners are encouraged to come up with an interpretative dance for the title track (invent the moves as you go along, never mind if it's look weird or stupid).

The City and Horses is the brain child of songwriter without-a-surname Marc, A musical omnivore who somehow manages to keep his hand firmly on wheel driving through all the side streets and back alleys. No dead ends, with the delicate sound of a flute leading the way.
