Former Dr. Dog drummer Juston Stens has stepped to the mike to play guitar and sing. His debut EP was recorded with The Get-Real Gang. Stens has moved away from punk rock and goes for a rather mellow rock sound.
Re-inventing himself as a frontman/indie rock musician needs some more work. The songs aren't bad, but lack passion and urgency. With Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys lending a hand with the recording of a forthcoming full-length changes are that he will get it right next time.
