Shayna and the Bulldog hail from Davis, CA, a band with a guitar tone that is definitely West Coast and sunny. Their full length States is collection of poppy rock songs that won't start a revolution and go down in history as a landmark album. But some tracks are good enough for inclusion on a local Nuggets alike collection of Californian indie pop in about twenty years or so. Kids In A Movie and Again Today in particular show that there is potential for musical growth.
